As a cybersecurity professional with over 20 years of experience in data analysis, secure communications, and investigating complex systems, I've built this platform to provide a safe channel for reporting concerns about Colorado's judicial system.
The judiciary is supposed to be the foundation of justice and fairness in our society. When that foundation cracks, citizens need a secure way to report what they've witnessed.
Throughout my career analyzing systems—from military operations to government programs—I've learned that accountability requires transparency, and transparency requires courage from those willing to speak up. The judicial system is no exception.
Colorado citizens, court employees, attorneys, law enforcement officers, and others who interact with our courts deserve a secure platform to report:
Judicial misconduct or ethical violations
Court corruption or conflicts of interest
Evidence tampering or case manipulation
Abuse of power or selective enforcement
Procedural violations or due process concerns
Retaliation against those who speak up
This platform exists to collect, analyze, and appropriately report these concerns while protecting those brave enough to come forward.
Data Analysis & Pattern Recognition: My career has centered on analyzing complex data to identify patterns, anomalies, and systemic issues:
Conducted risk assessments across multiple Air Force and Space Command systems
Performed threat analysis identifying vulnerabilities in complex operations
Developed data visualization and reporting systems for executive decision-makers
Created analytical frameworks to transform raw data into actionable intelligence
Systems Investigation: I've spent two decades investigating how systems work—and more importantly, how they fail:
Analyzed security architectures to identify compliance gaps and deficiencies
Investigated vulnerability reports and developed remediation strategies
Assessed organizational processes to uncover systemic weaknesses
Authored comprehensive risk reports highlighting deficiencies and recommending solutions
Secure Communications & Protection: With certifications including CISSP, CySA+, and Security+, and a security clearance, I understand how to protect sensitive information:
Designed and implemented secure information systems
Developed Cross Domain Solutions for handling sensitive data
Created secure reporting mechanisms with proper chain of custody
Implemented encryption and anonymization protocols
Anonymity: Your identity will never be collected, tracked, or stored. This platform uses industry-standard anonymization techniques.
Security: All submissions are encrypted end-to-end. I apply the same security protocols used for classified government systems.
Analysis: I will analyze patterns across submissions to identify systemic issues, corroborate reports, and build comprehensive documentation.
Action: Credible reports will be:
Compiled into detailed analytical reports with supporting evidence
Forwarded to appropriate oversight bodies (Colorado Commission on Judicial Discipline, State Legislature, etc.)
Shared with investigative journalists when appropriate
Made public in aggregate form to raise awareness of systemic issues
No Legal Advice: I am not an attorney and this platform does not provide legal advice. If you need legal representation, please consult with an attorney. There are many Pro Se resources available if you wish to pursue without one, which I do personally encourage.
I have no affiliations with any political parties, judicial campaigns, or special interest groups. I'm simply someone who believes that:
The judiciary should operate with integrity and transparency
Citizens have a right to a fair and impartial court system
Sunlight is the best disinfectant for corruption
Those who speak truth deserve protection, not retaliation
My professional background includes:
Owner & Innovation Chief, Code Talkers Engineering (2019-Present)
Cyber Solutions Architect, Parsons Corporation (2020-Present)
FBI InfraGard Denver Board of Directors (2017-2023)
Association of Old Crows Chapter President (2014-2024)
Ph.D. Candidate in Security, University of Colorado Colorado Springs

This is not a place to complain about losing your case or disagreeing with a judge's ruling. The courts make decisions people don't like every day—that's not corruption, that's the legal system.
This platform is specifically for reporting:
Misconduct: Actions that violate judicial ethics or codes of conduct
Corruption: Abuse of power, conflicts of interest, or improper influence
Systemic Issues: Patterns of behavior that undermine judicial integrity
Retaliation: Punishment of those who report problems or challenge misconduct

Our courts are only as strong as the integrity of those who serve in them. If you've witnessed judicial misconduct, you have the power—and the protection—to report it.
